Working out may seem like a daunting task. You know you’re supposed to do it in order to stay healthy, but where do you begin? That’s why you’re working out in the first place, to improve in these areas.
We’ve found that the best way to lose weight is to not focus on losing weight. If you’re having fun and getting stronger, you’re going to lose the extra pounds a lot faster than if you’re targeting and straining only certain areas. It’s kind of like the concept of a watched clock never moves.
